I make my own Tallow all from Grass fed cattle at Blue Grotto Ranch, located in Florida. The cattle never leave the ranch. You may wonder why this is important. These cattle have been tested and contain no Cortisol! This is because the Blue Grotto prioritizes that the cattle are handled with care from start to finish. The Beef and the Kidney fat/Suet I use to make the Tallow has been tested, not having Cortisone gives the consumer a better product from the amazing and tasty beef to the Wear The Beef Tallow products.
